For $10 we got to spend 3 hours looking through 2 museums and then enjoying the petrified wood outside (brand new). Plus there's houses, trains and more outside near the picnic areas. If you're a history buff there is great information inside the museum and outdoors too. I would highly recommend every parent takes their kids! The gift shop was small but has a decent variety.
Dinosaur bones found right here in our state as well as quite the mineral collection from all over the world.
Awesome place! Perfect place to take the kids
Kids loved all the fossils.
This museum is amazing. Brought my granddaughters there last week and the guy in the lab came out and answered questions for about an half an hour. We were there for about two hours total. The staff there was so nice and accommodating.
