They don't get your orders right. You look in sack and item #'s are right..then get home and they gave you some wrong items!! Employee turnovers and a Pandemic don't help.. just sayin' they Need to get the Correct food items in our sacks. This has happened to us twice, in 3wks!! Food is good for the most part.

The morning shift manager is consistently rude for no reason each time we go there. Not one to leave reviews but she clearly has no idea what she's doing and if is in a bad mood shouldn't let it affect the way she treats the customers.

Employee very rude!! I was on the drive through making 2 Separate orders I made the first the he told me I need to pull around again and do my second order!! I told him why should I go again to the lane since I’m here he told this is the rules I’m not sure if that Taco Bell’s rules or his own rules!! I asked for the employee name he refused to give it to me that’s was 12:47am on 10/30/2020

A little irritated came to the red bridge location for breakfast and you can see 3 cars in the parking lot but no one took my order. Said hello multiple times and received 0 response. Im confused on what time the location opens because I've came previously around 7:30 am and was able to order but online it states they open at 8am. Would like clarification about hours due to Grandview location being open at 7am

Between this Taco Bell, the Grandview and Belton locations, this one is miles better. One if the best Taco Bell's around if not the best.
