Elder Mike and his lovely wife have been providing me exemplary dry cleaning and laundry service for seven years now, true, Mike's prices are a little higher than his KCMO competition but I was paying double his prices in Washington DC, three times his prices in Los Angeles, five times his prices in New York for the same impeccable service. Mike and his wife are consummate professionals, they treat customers clothing with the utmost attention and care. Mike and his wife are God's people who just happen to be in the dry cleaning business. They keep my clothes looking Showroom NEW!
I have been using this cleaners and laundry for over 20 years. I like their friendliness. They starch my shirts as prescribed everytime. Their hours are adaptable to those that work everyday. The only conn I have is they have started using metal staples for tagging. I was told they would stop using the metal staples for tagging their clothing. Other than that so definitely recommend this business.
I was giving a ticket for $42.10 when i came back to pickup my clothes they changed the price to $46.60. Be careful going to this cleaners they are robbing people if you don't pay attention, smh last time ever going here
Over charge for 2 little girl dresses. Charge me 40 dollars, he said because one was a 4 size and the other was 7 size small girls. Then asked if I want them or not ? You don't have to pay. What kind of customer service is that. 40 dollars I didn't pay that for the 2 together. I only gave 1 star I wish I couldn't give any
