Our pipes got clogged and we had a mess in the basement.nWe called around locally with no success. We decided to call Roto-Rooter. In less then an hour Tech 3672 Cooper was here. He was so helpful, he also help us get a coupon on line. This is the first time I've ever had a Tech come to fix something and make sure I got to save especially at a time like this, with so many having pay and job cuts. Thank you so much for sending us Cooper tech 3672. He is outstanding in customer service and repairs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a leaking main shutoff valve on a Saturday afternoon. They arrived within 30 minutes! Was able to repair current valve until Monday when it can be addressed and replaced with the right parts. Explained all my options, and ended up costing much less than expected! HIGHLY recommend!!...... follow up....nFound the right part and had to make a few modifications. Got the job done! I won’t call another plumber
Austen and Jim were amazing! Austen looked to find a way to help me do this and saved me a lot of money! I was so lucky to have found such amazing plumbers! She wasn’t scared of getting dirty to get everything figured out for me and was super sweet and sincere!
The person assigned came in with a great attitude and got right down to business. She also double checked to make sure everything was Working and Running right and that was very much appreciated. Everything is working great now and we are very thankful!!
