First time in one of these Five Guys locations.nNot too impressed for the price.... $15 is a little stiff for a double cheeseburger small fry and a drink.nThe burger was good &tasty.. but the french fries we're not hot they were not cold.nThey weren't even warm.nTo me, the best judge of a quality french fry is for you to have to wait a few seconds after you get served...... to touch them. That's what I call hot fries.nThe young Personnel behind the counter and taking the order processing everything were polite.nBut one of the young men had his mask down under his nose.... and he was the one cooking our food.nA little bit larger boned kid than the others.nI felt very uneasy about that. I wasn't the only one that noticed it, just thought maybe management Oughta Know

I chose curbside pickup for 6PM. I arrived at 5:50PM and notified the store of my location. I called at 5:55 to say I'm right out front, I was told my order will be out. I waited till 6:15 PM and no one had come out with the order. I could see through the front window that no one was inline, so I went inside to pick up the order myself. No apology from the person who handed me my food. Wait, there's more....nWhen I arrived home one of the cheeseburgers had NO meat patty. So I called the store and I was told that a general manager will review my order for a refund. 3 days later and no call and no refund. I'm never going back to Five Guys.

Horribly managed store, how do you run out of bacon and continuously mess up other items on the order?

Burger was good but just a burger. How could it take 45 minutes to make a burger. 15 people waiting on food and it's been 25 minutes before one person got food. Won't be back till they get more help

Good burgers. A very large amount of fresh cut fries. Always good food
