Steve was very enthusiastic about his product when he arrived for the estimate. He seemed knowledgeable about his product and his abilities, He was higher than another comparable company I quoted but we proceeded. After he started, I began asking questions and then his demeanor changed to what seemed to me like irritation. He didn't take care with my glass door when removing his equipment. When I asked if I could hold the door he snapped at me. I tried to explain that the film I had installed would scratch, and indeed there were scratches( although I am not saying he caused them). When I mentioned this he snapped at me rather rudely. I asked to see the urine stain on the carpet, and it was still there, but he said it might show up on the black light. He got my check, walked out the door without a word. ---- Maybe he was having a bad day. My carpet was rather new, so it isn't possible to tell whether the work was good or not. I was needing to remove the allergens from carpet from my pets to help husbands allergies.

Seriously worth every penny! I have never had the carpets chem-dryed before, but I did some research and chose to try it. The difference between that and steam cleaning is remarkable! I had the carpet steam cleaned 6 months prior & I used an oxyclean service about a year ago. I wish I had just used chem-dry initially. The carpet fibers were instantly refreshed and all the dullness was gone. The air quality was better and carpet dried very quickly. And the carpet has stayed fluffy and soft. The machine he used got so much debris up even though I vacuum weekly.The technician was great! He called 1 hr before arrival, was straight to the point, and very thorough.

Very pleased with Vets Chem Dry in Blue Springs. They were on time and gave me an estimate that was less than what I expected. They did a great job removing stains and were very thorough. I will use them again!

Had a great experience with Steven (owner and operator). He was on time and got to work right away. He was extremely knowledgeable about carpets and how to treat/clean them. He didn’t cut corners and went in my opinion above and beyond. Had a stain in one bedroom that has been there when we bought the house over 3 years ago that 3 companies before him couldn’t get out, after he was done that stain was GONE! Highly recommend! Little more money than those other companies but absolutely worth it!!! Don’t waste your hard earned cash on a company that will only clean the surface. We are extremely clean people who even routinely shampoo our carpets. The amount of stuff he removed was honestly disgusting to me, stuff deep in the carpet any other company couldn't and haven’t been able to reach!
