I went in to pick up my dry cleaning around noon on 11/6/2020 and not one person either in front or in back was wearing a face covering or mask. This is flat out illegal, irresponsible, and dangerous. How dare you risk your employees health, how dare you risk your customers health, and how dare you risk my health! Needless to say I will never return to this location nor any other location. Additionally I have filed a complaint with the Jackson County Health Department and will be following up with them. Hopefully you receive a visit soon.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANYnnI was finding some places for cleaning my cloth. When I met one of their workers, she proudly said that they could charge my cloth for cleaning with bragging many experiences.nAfter just two days, my cloth was completely ruined. Its value is almost $300.00 . And, I complained for their job. Their manager strongly denied not to contribute ruinning my cloth. Perhaps, she mentioned manufacture is wrong. She told that she followed all of manufacture directions. How did she clean my cloth by herself even though there are so many laundry things ??? And, she highly recommended me to claim directly manufacture. I contacted to the manufacture. The manufacture said cleaning company did not follow laundry directions. But, Foster’s manager told me she said, “ honestly I never lie what I did, I worked in here for 35? Years experiences.” But, who knows that how my cloth was cleaned and was dried... the manager must not be know correctly because she was not sure the person who took care my cloth of tons clothes. Anyway, if they ruined things that customer ask to them, at least they had to try compensate their ruined job because they did so. But, they tried to hide their fault and willingly lie for their saying and job.nIf you are ok for ruinning your favorite clothes, Do Not go Foster’s laundry. They shall ruin yours and transfer their fault to manufacture.nLiar... No professional.nI just want my neighbors and people to know who they are and what they did!!!

Foster's is the only cleaners we use. Local to me is the way to go. They are always fair on pricing and on time with delivery.

I have used Foster's for years and never have any issues. On the rare occasion, their team goes out of their way to add missing buttons on my dress shirts at no additional charge. Regular wash, Medium starch.
