I have lived in Blue Springs, going on 6 years now. Done business with this store, since that time. But after today Sept 1st 2020, my family and friends will not be doing any business with this store. We will also cut up our rewards cards! I have bought anything from 20 bags of multch to $100 plus in general stuff off the clearance table. By no means over the years has it been a small amount of money! Since they treated me so bad, when I infant know the exchange policy for certain tools, and I know how that company operates. Well you have lost a good customer, probably in the store once a week or so. Not that you care, but we know a lot of people in the Blue springs area, snd will be spreading the experience around social media!! I wish you was able to give zero stars, because you do not deserve 1 star even!

Don is extremely helpful and has the best customer service skills! We went in last year looking for some screws that we needed to re assemble an old crib. I was very pregnant and didn’t really think to take an actual screw to find the correct measurement. The only thing I had was a picture and Don took the picture and matched me with what he believed was the correct size I needed. However he wanted me to make sure if it was not correct that I go back and return it as he cared for the safety of my unborn child. He also let me know that I could buy a whole set of screws online for a specific crib by googling the name and serial number. I ended up having to return the screw and doing just what he suggested. I am so thankful for Don helping me in such way as he could of easily just gave me something close in size but he didn’t. Love this location and how helpful the employees are.

The store is easy to navigate and bright. People are friendly and are eager to help you. We go there for items that somewhere else you may have to buy a package of when you only need one. I always get my plants there.
