I read some reviews for B&L Plumbing and was unable to find one at less than 4 stars.. Now I know why. I live in Lees Summit so I was looking for a local business and they checked that box since they are only about 5 minutes from my home. As I had read, they answer the phone with a live person, which I truly appreciate. The office staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Waylon came to the house on time, listened to everything I needed to have done, inspected those areas and then made a thorough assessment. He pointed out a couple of details that I had not noticed but made sure I felt it was my option to address them. In the end I decided to repair everything we discussed and I am very glad we did. Because we had some additional items Waylon gave me the option to perform the work the next morning instead of waiting to go retrieve the extra parts, which actually worked out well for me. Waylon gave me a quote for all the work, returned the next morning (on time again) as promised and completed the job in short order. When all done, the price was exactly as quoted and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely keep B&L in my list of providers for the future, and if I am lucky, Waylon will be the one they send back. 5 Stars for us for sure and a BIG THANK YOU!!!!

First off, B&L answers the phone with a real live human being! Secondly they scheduled someone to come out the very next day! Mike and apprentice Josh showed up on time. They were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently and even cleaned up after themselves. They communicated very well when showing final details of their work. I now have correct water pressure PSI in my house, a new expansion tank on the water heater and my fireplace gas line is now compliant with bonded (grounded) stainless steel tubing. Their rates were reasonable. I would definitely call B&L back for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for making our new home more livable!

Turkey Day disaster! Main bathroom toilet became clogged. That evening I sent out an SOS online. Promptly in the AM dispatch called and said she could send someone over within the hour! That technician came by and got everything ship shape in no time. Prompt, courteous and easy to get services online! I’m impressed. Thank you, B&L!

I will DEFINITELY be using their ser vices again! Excellent communication from the business itself from beginning to end. After I inquired on Thumbtack, I received a message to start the process. Also a follow up call after scheduling. They were very prompt and extremely professional. I had only scheduled an estimate to repair a valve on a line to the refrigerator. I was called to see if they could move up my appointment because they had a cancellation and they then arrived at the time they said they would. They were thorough and very professional, as well as being personable. They showed me everything they were going to do if I used them for the job and then discussed the things I may want to be watching out for in the future, since my water heater was a little older. I was very impressed with them and hired them to do the job. Pricing was also very reasonable since someone else had quoted me about $200 more. Follow up was great! As per these times, they had masks and were appropriate with all health mandates.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having B&L plumbing come to our house and fix my plumbing issues. Plumber Jason Liane was on time, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We had three issues he quickly unclogged, fixed, found and resolved. I was so impressed as he made our day so much better! And finally, their pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend B&L Plumbing!
