Was the only one at the drive-thru oh, I had to wait for an order. Took a little bit longer than usual but the sandwich was specially prepared since they didn't have any ready. Customer service was great. The only problem I had when you serve a special sandwich make sure that the fries are hot with it. Cold fries with a hot delicious sandwich, does not go great together.

It was awesome the food was great and the staff were very nice. The pizza slider was like a real pizza but it was a sandwich Best sandwich ever! Also the food was cooked fast and delicious.

Got my daughter's order wrong after spending $50. When I called, was told by the lady that answered that she had been checking all orders and hadn't seen a buffalo chicken sandwich, to which I replied, that's probably why I don't have it, but I do have my receipt. Drove back, with my receipt to get her sandwich and had to wait in the drive thru line after calling to let them know I had arrived to get the order corrected. They could of brought it out like they did when I had to wait for my order initially. Food was good, service was mostly good, just not happy I had to take 2 trips and wait for $50 worth of food...ud83eudd37ud83cudffe‍♂ufe0f

I've had to change my rating because they are now closed at 8:00pm. My kids have swimming practice at the Lee's Summit School District LSR7 aquatics center a few blocks away. We pick them up at 8:30pm and thought Arby's was a great choice for dinner. I commented on their website and the district manager called me and confirmed that 8pm is the current closing time.

Customer service was excellent. I dont come here as much as I want to cause every time I come here I order the same thing and every time it gets screwed up. I always order Beef and Cheddar.. they used to come with Red Ranch, to me that is what makes the sandwich. So I try to order with red ranch on the sandwich, 9 times out of ten doesn't happen. I thought about just asking for sides, half the time they forget them...and today just topped the cake. I checked, confirmed and the very nice drive thru lady even confirmed she got my two sides of red ranch. Made my 10 min trek home, poured the sauce on my sandwich just to find it was Buffalo sauce... just can't make this stuff up. Think I anDone trying to get a simple sandwich from this place....
