The two ladies that are here almost every day are so kind and absolutely fabulous. They have the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere the food is always delicious and the store is always clean. It's nice that they are always so polite
Horrible service my family and I just had! The girl working was so rude and couldn't handle the fact we wanted more then one sandwich. She ended up telling us to take are business somewhere else and went to hide in the back. Another employee named Alex finally came out and wouldn't give us her name so we could contact management. Alex was actually nice enough to make all 6 of are sandwiches by himself with NO help. Whoever that girl is needs to be gone and we will be praying for her!!
This exact location is NOT a subway. Went here to pick up lunch that i paid for on the app and there was not even a building here. There is, however, one about 2 miles down the road near walmart.
I work across the street and my coworkers and myself often eat here. Since recent changes in staffing, I can honestly say that each staff member is very respectful, polite and friendly! This is certainly my favorite subway!
Used to be a subway.. Soon to be MOD Pizza! Best pizza around!! Until it's open check out MOD in liberty Triangle or Olathe,KS. Many more opening in KC metro in months to come!
