I recently started using Ross Miller Cleaners in Lee's Summit. I took two suits to be cleaned and they look great. They did a fantastic job and the staff is polite and professional. I won't go anywhere else and I highly recommend this cleaner for your dry cleaning needs.
Drivers think they are qualifying for nascar. Driving on residential streets doing 45+mph. Asked them to slow down. Response was they have important deliveries to attend to. Seriously its dry cleaning folks. Dont do business with them. They dont care about their driving. So why care about them!
Friendly service. But...nThe plant they send their shirts to cracks a lot of buttons. Through the two encounters I had, 5 out of 8 shirts came back with the top button missing. The plant threw on a cheap button with two-tone black and white thread. The cleaners will stand by Ross Miller's guarantee of 3 shirts laundered for free when a shirt comes back with a missing button, so I guess if you don't mind taking your shirt to your tailor after every cleaning then you can theoretically enjoy a lifetime of shirts cleaned for free, but for me it isn't worth it.
This dry cleaners understands what great customer service is all about. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Clothes are always clean and ready on time. I won't go anywhere else!
Very nice place to take my clothes! They always come back in a timely manner and look great! The staff is always so accommodating and helpful! Overall, a really great dry cleaners!!
