This is the second time I’ve taken clothes to them for dry cleaning with the expectation that my clothes would be ready on a certain date and after a specific time only to be told that they can’t “find” my clothes. The clerk mentioned that my clothes “may be” at the main plant for additional cleaning but she wasn’t sure. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable! Needless to say, I’m looking for a new dry cleaners to do business with.

Not happy at all with my experience! My child got sick on my comforter, I was able to get it clean at home but it was severely wrinkled because I had put it in my dryer that was too small!! I took it to fosters and explained my situation! Wondering if they could steam it to get the wrinkles out the woman that helped me said they would still have to clean it again, they don’t just press comforters! I said that was fine as long as the wrinkles would be taken care of! She assured me that the wrinkles would be gone! Well I went in to pick it up today and it is still just as wrinkled as when I left it! Not to mention it’s shoved in a bag and in my opinion not folded nice at all! I pointed out that it’s still wrinkled and the lady (which was not the same lady that originally helped me) kind of chuckled and said “we don’t iron comforters” I explained my situation and what the first lady had told me! She just shrugged and said “Well you put it in the dryer- they are dry wrinkles, they will probably never come out now!” I again explained what the other lady had explained to me and she just said, “Sorry about that, I will ask her about it”. I am very frustrated I had to pay $27 for nothing! Would not even be so frustrating if they had explained that to me in the first place!
