Had everything I needed, but could not find it ,but was helped with that as well
This store had everything I needed and the prices were really reasonable. They even had some really good asphalt patch that was great for fixing alligator cracking in my drive...really smooth and easy to apply. Also, had the color of deck stain that I needed - a good supply of it. This time of year some stores sell out of the popular colors. Nice employees and I was helped quickly. Good place to shop.
I placed an online order. I went to Home Depot and spoke with a clerk/ cashier about my order. She took the time to show me how to use their pick up lockers to get my item. I was really pleased that she went above and beyond to make me happy. I love this place!
I haven't been to this home depot and so I had no idea where to look for bins. No one in the store helped me. I was able to find the bin. Then I had to find certain scissor for cutting metal and was having a difficult time finding the right one. Finally had a employee come up to me but she was saying I could get 5 scissors all in on for a certain price but I told her I just needed on to cut metal. I was in the right spot looking at them and she told me that those were the wrong ones. Well what do I need to cut chicken wire and she was all like oh well yeah those scissors will work then. Then she was trying to get me to buy something for air vents and I'm like no thank I rent my house and all I needed was scissor. I would rate a 0 if I could. Very poor customer service. And I would no customer service because I work at retail.
