Our AC hadn’t been working for weeks & we finally decided to get it checked out. Another business we called wouldn’t come out to see it for 2 weeks. United got us in just 2 days after we called & were on time to our appointment. Jesse & his partner were very nice & respectful while I translated for my dad. Fast service & fair pricing. Highly recommend United heating & cooling over other options in Rochester!
I've had great experiences with this company at my office, and obviously thought of them first when my home air-conditioner went out. They came in fixed the problem with fair pricing, and professionalism! These workers are always working in severe heat conditions, and now they are in masks too! I wore mine for his protection, and I was dying just sitting on the couch! We appreciate you United staff!!!
We received a quote from another company for a job that would cost $975. United charged us less than half of that for the same job. The employees were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using them for any furnace repairs.
We have had United come out to our house 3 times over the last 4 years, once to install an air conditioner and twice to repair pipes and water lines. We have been very pleased every time! The workers are timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and the service is always done well for a reasonable price. We are thankful for Jerrod and the whole team at United Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!
I hate writing a bad review but don't understand why so many trips. United Heating and Cooling is the company that installed our HVAC in a new build house. We had them come out last year to look at the A/C unit as it was not cooling sufficiently. They checked it out and said we were low on refrigerant and so added the coolant to our unit. The same thing happened again this year. My husband asked the tech what the cause of this could be and he said they would need to send another person out to look at it. The first visit was $296.00 which included the refrigerant and the 2nd visit cost us $279.00 to diagnose the problem. This does not include what we paid last year. We will now have to have them come out to fix the problem which, in my opinion, should have been diagnosed in the first place. Our A/C unit is a little over 4 years old and has a leak in the coil. I understand this is a manufacturers problem but am disappointed that it has taken 3 trips to figure it out. We will now have to have someone come out for a 4th time to fix it, hopefully.nnUpdate:nJust letting everyone know that United Heating and Cooling did come out and replace our coil a couple of weeks ago. I must say that they have been very professional throughout the whole process. Customer service is key and they went above and beyond!
