After the runaround from Roto Rooter, we were beyond frustrated. We found Brian through a google search. He was very pleasant on the phone and was able to work around our schedule. He arrived when he said he would and was very considerate, not only of our home, but of the pandemic. We had a previous diagnosis of what we were dealing with, that Brian was able to see had been a false claim. He was able to fix our issue within an hour for a great price compared to what Roto Rooter had wanted. I can’t say enough good things. We absolutely will be using him again.

Brian was referred to us by long time customers. We had an issue arise and Brian was able to help the same day. He did great work and was helpful with explaining all the questions we had. We'll definitely be using Raytown Plumbing again.

Brian was here at the time he said he'd be here, explained to my 90 year old mother several times what he was doing, estimate was exactly what he charged. Very observant and did it as mom wanted. Would highly recommend this small business. Keep them in business. Thanks again Brian! You're our plumber from now on!
