The people who work at this location are terrible and unprofessional. I ordered a sandwich through their app with customized ingredients. When I got my sandwich none of the ingredients I requested were added or removed and when I called to get another sandwich the employees told me they didn't want to waste food and there was nothing they could do to help me. They acted as if they were paying for the ingredients out of their own pockets. If a restaurant's doesn't make your food correctly they should fix it. I would think that would be simple enough. They wouldn't remake my food or give me my money back. Never going to this location again.

Placed an order online for pickup at 7:25. When I got there my order wasn't ready. Took another 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches.

Horrible customer service . One person working very slow and didn’t greet anyone. Instead of greeting the person in front of me he said next sandwich, she ask if they had an ingredient and he just pointed to it. Didn’t have hairnet over his long dreads that were hanging down but did have a lot of gold teeth. He took one glove off to cash out another customer instead of taking both gloves . After the transaction he should have to on two new gloves after watching his hands. I left without ordering. And I will not be back.
