I was extremely impressed by the staff running the front register and the drive through window. Also the young man that just started in the kitchen. Each person worked together and communicated very well. They produced a quality product and they done it with customer service being top notch. It is very rare to see a team work this effectively together. I was very impressed by the experience. Each person was there for the other team member and in doing so they exercised a safe and satisfying customer service experience. I recommend the senior management to recognize this team for there actions. Above and beyond the normal!! Great job and thanks especially during this difficult time.

Hadn't eaten there since I was kid, and must say I am happy I gave it another try. The food tasted fresh, service was friendly. The 8 piece meal fed a family of four (2 adults, 2 small kids). I felt confident assuring kids that hush puppies were not made from actual puppies, which if you ate there in the early 90s, may or may not of been true.

Drive thru is not large vehicle friendly! I watched a truck rub against one of the yellow cement bumpers, they tried to avoid it but there wasn't enough space. Ok fast food. Everything taste the same to me at Long John Silvers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Fish , Chicken and Shrimp Platter ! I chose the Coleslaw and Fries with mine . The food was freshly prepared ! The Waitstaff friendly and very competent at their job . I highly recommend this Long John Silver ! I can't wait to go back !

Echo others comments: drive thru is treacherous for SUVs and trucks; indoor dining area could use a major rehab looks dated and unkept. Went by recently before a Chiefs game—got a 10 piece fish meal..got home and tasted like the fish had been sitting in a warming tray for 2 hours. Too lazy to call and complain. Asked for ketchup and tartar sauce; he acted like i was asking for his kidney lol. Won’t be back until someone rehabs this place and upgrades their staff.
