Door dash delivery was GREAT until we opened the bag!nOrdered prime rib cheesesteak sw. Dasher called to say they were OUT. We asked if we could do roast beef with same toppings. Agreed.nWell, it was DRY ROAST BEEF!nWhy not just be real?nThey do not answer the phone number on their website! “Enter access code”. The girl that was running drive thru was so polite and professional. Even though she had quite a long line and I really didn't see anyone else back there working with her. I wish my receipt had her name. My food took a long minute but everything was hot fresh and amazing! Keep the sweet potato waffle fries! I love em!

Good food, great service! I walked in to order for my husband & I. The guys behind the counter were really good. One walked me to the door & held it for me, while another gave me exactly as many horsey sauces as my husband likes! Raytown, Missouri.

I never have an issue with this arbys. My food is always hot and made nicely. The GM of this store is great and friendly as well. It's never a disappointment and I will continue to visit and eat often

I love their #9 sandwich style so I don't worry about what to eat there. My Partner always has a bad experience. The roast beef looks like Buddig meat and sandwich is thin plus the cheddar must be made with gold; cause the sandwich is dry.
