My first visit to this salon. I got a full set of French manicure , I was very happy with the results! He was very professional & paid attention to detail. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price. I would have had to pay more for just a manicure at the other places and not gotten the good results.
I went to get my nails removed to let my real nails grow. The lady literally was ripping my nails off to remove to artificial ones. I was in tears. It took 4 different people to try and help me. 3 weeks later my nails still have not started growing back. Very disappointed in the service. They tried getting me to get a refill which I refused I just wanted them removed. Never again will I go back.
3 different people worked on my nails so there was way too much drilling. Asked for shortened. Didn't get. Nails are several different shapes and lengths. American powder dip sloppy, poorly curved. Difficult communication. Chatted with one another in their native language. Rude. Expensive. Would not go back.
Everyone was friendly! Took time on my nails and I love them! Definitely will return.
I had a absolutely wonderful experience here. I am 9 months pregnant so my lower extremities are very swollen, the older gentleman with the grayish hair (I didn't get his name) took his time massaging my feet legs etc. He was very kind, I will definitely be going back to him.
