I just had an amazing customer service experience thanks to Neenan Company's location off Pflumm. I went there because of an issue with a replacement part from a manufacturer. They had multiple guys look at the issue that the manufacturer wouldn't listen to or help me with. Neenan's employees talked me through it and sent me out with the correct part. I'm so thankful for the help and experience I had.
Great service! Very knowledgeable. If you have a question they gladly help. I'm a plumber and if I have a question I ask them!
Excellent service, knowledgeable staff.nI got a 10 inch rough in toilet there Saturday for an impossible perfect at my house. Fit perfect the first time. Wish i could post pictures. The price was right, and Lowes doesn't offer a 10 inch rough. Lowes also had no idea what that means.
Two total A**HOLES at the city counter. Hint: If I'm in your store, I'm in no mood for condesendion.
