The attendants at the train were very professional. The station, really spooky. I arrived there with day light and.. no one in sight. The premises completely locked. No taxis, no transport available anywhere to be seen. Yes the place is clean and all, but totally deserted. I am glad I did not arrive there at night. I would have had a heart attack!! Honest. I never expected such a disquieting experience anywhere else in the countries I have been. I felt I was stepping into a Stephen King scene.
Tried earn points by making a purchase through the guest rewards shopping site... purchase made 64.98 x 7 point = 455 points... account still says 0, not very happy
Hope they restore the Station fully. Beautiful building.
Clean place everything is so nice and well maintained
10/31/2017 I waited for training I got there at 4:10 pm my daughter dropped me off at station. I waited til 8:20 pm. After many calls from everyone who was there. I gave up and went home. So upsetting it was my sister's birthday, an we haven't been together in over 30 years. This is the first I was able to make it to them. Plus my parents are there. This time I'm very upset with Amtrak. I use Amtrak alot my last two times just were not acceptable.
