I remember going here on a field trip in kindergarten or 1st grade. It was a wonderful experience from what I remember and as a Highschool student now I would still love to go back. Wonderful for all ages and gave me some good memoriesud83dudc95ud83dudc95

Great place to take elementary age kiddos- lots of fun hands-on activities! They are currently (7/2019) housed inside a massive auditorium building so you have to go to the west entrance and call for them to open it up, but they are renovating a new building down the road that will be entirely dedicated to the pavilion. They have an awesome mission and fun exhibits- our family lived it.

The staff was incredibly patient with my excited group which included two under the age of 7. The kids went from area to area exploring and having fun. We all wrote a note to be sent to a student from Namibia and made rain sticks. We even laughed while basically sifting through trash (recycling lesson). It was a wonderful experience that kids should get to have.
