Whether it's walking and them not having meatballs for a meatball sub or trying to use their extremely inconvenient and time consuming drive thru or ordering on the app only to walk in at the time stated only to see they haven't started your order this place give consistently sub par service. This Subway rarely honors national promotions. During a Buy One Get One free promo they did a Buy One get half. My last straw was today. When I actually order Subway again I will go one mile up the street to the next franchise.

Needs to work on being faster people in front have me told me they have been waiting for 45 min now my time is running on 25 min

I ordered online and it said my order would be ready by 7:50. I get there at 7:50 and the lady behind the counter argued with me that I was at the wrong subway because they never got my ticket. 4 minutes later my ticket popped up. She makes my order. She made the sandwich wrong and asked me if I wanted it remade I said yes. She remakes the order. I ordered 2 sandwiches and she gave me 3. I didn’t notice till I got home. Opened them all and NONE of them were correct. I will NEVER GO back to this subway again... they weren’t even busy

Waited WAY too long. This location is always so busy and though the staff is super friendly, something has got to give. Plus my order was wrong. Ate it anyway because I wasn't about to wait that long again. Please help my Subway. I frequent it.

I went through the drive through and ordered a simple meatball marinara. I waited for over 45 minutes with no one ahead of me. After I finally got my food and got home I found this. Unacceptable
