Incredible customer service and quality! I have not come across a dry cleaner this professional, well organized, and genuine as this. I live in Grandview in this is the only dry cleaners I use - totally worth the drive. but they do also deliver so check to see if they will in your area! I just enjoy to visit ud83dude0a

VIP Cleaners is the BEST!! My clothes always look great. The hours are convenient for working people (I can go before or after work). I have never been to any other cleaners that has your order ready so promptly. Their coupons offer a great opportunity for discounts. Last but certainly not least, the customer service is UNBEATABLE! I am always greeted with a smile and I truly feel like a valued customer. I would recommend this business to anybody who wants great service and a quality product.

Terrifically thrilled.... they did a fantastic job with all of my shirts. They called me within 45 minutes of dropping off to ask me if I still wanted them to dry clean my suit which I hadn’t worn in 2 years because it had multiple moth holes, of course I told them no. The price was just right with great customer service.

I have been a customer for more than a decade. I have never been disappointed. James, the owner, is a miracle worker with all types of stains. Prices are very competitive, and the quality of their product is very high. I love VIP Cleaners.

I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. He was very thorough on what was needed to clean the clothes. He followed up with me when I forgot a couple of things in a couple of pockets. I would recommend this location for your dry cleaning needs.
