Great service at a fair price. Moved back to the area concerned I would not be able to find a decent cleaner and am relieved to be able to count on them!
Took in wedding dress in a month in advance to be enlarged and got it back the day before wedding day and dress was ruined. She was told not to do certain things but did it anyway.

This customer came our business searching for a vehicle on 3-4 different occasions, he wanted us to discount a $6,000 mini van 40%, which was well below market value. How much profit can you make on a 6g vehicle ? On the other hand since we are blocks away from his business I decided to drop clothes off on several occasions, once they lost my clothes and I had to go back two different times before they found them. THEY NEVER HAVE CHANGE IF YOU GIVE THEM A LARGE BILL. How in the world can you accommodate customers if you don't have CHANGE. So, on 2 different occasions i had to go make change myself ? What an inconvenience to your customers. I asked for a discount on my cleaning bill for the troubles. The owner told me no ! I told him if he didn't make any concession for my troubles I would never come back. His response was DON'T COME BACK ! A $5 -10 DISCOUNT IS A WHOLE LOT LESS THAN A 40% DISCOUNT. Terrible customer service AND I didn't think the overall cleaning job was the best. I hope he doesn't treat everyone of a different descent that way he treated me - GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO THERE
