Excellent Customer Service! Kudos to Kerry for her help during checking out! She was wonderful, as well as the rest of the employees during my visit! Helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my questions and purchasing a Gun Safe! This is why I keep returning to this store when I need certain items! I just wish TSC would start offering a veteran discount! All in all, a great store shopping experience, the added bonus of excellent customer service from wonderful employees!

Well the month of October shows that the Store Manager does not know how to schedule people to help consumers. When I called to ask to see if an item came in. He was not helpful at all. Very condescending. Did you know that Tractor Supply is the largest Pet Food Supply store out there? And if they don't have it, no one has it!!! Straight from a person stating he is the Store Manager. Just an update, went to Feldmans they had the exact type of dog biscuits, not with the same brand name. My dog was very happy when I brought home. My cats seem to enjoy the flavor of Sheba that has never been found at TSC. Guess I don’t have to worry where to buy my pet supplies from “if” TSC “the largest pet food supplier out there doesn’t carry it no one does.” Well I guess I am glad he was so condescending, I would have just kept checking back.

Great prices and friendly service. Not just for farmers. Has a better lawn and garden selection than other big box home repair stores
