We had a very negative experience five years ago with Kelly and the homeowners she represented, the Berrys. They kept hundreds of dollars from the security deposit they had no right to. We made the mistake of getting a dog without prior consent; I acknowledge that mistake. We were young and naive - it was our first real rental experience. We were given thirty days notice and began making arrangements to move out - that was fair and understandable. But that's where it ended. The owners were upset about the state of the front lawn because my husband accidentally over-fertilized and burned part of the it when he was trying to get it to grow, as it was sparse and not growing properly. They failed to note the back yard, which we had brought back to life after the previous tenants' trampoline left a huge barren spot). As requested, we paid for a gardener to come and repair the lawn. When we moved out my husband and I spent eight+ hours cleaning the house meticulously, including steam vacuuming the carpets, which we did many times in the year we lived in that house, leaving it in better condition than when we moved in. We were not well-off, had two young children and needed to get all of the deposit back, as well as just trying to leave the home like we would want to find it. With all the care and measures we took to leave the place in good condition and very clean, I was shocked when a month after we moved out, Kelly told us they were holding back a few hundred dollars (I don't remember the exact amount with the passage of time), because we had missed a random spot of ketchup on a lower cabinet door, and because the windows were dusty. I said please can I come wipe off the cabinet - it would only take a minute. No, was the response. As for the windows, the owner went to the house a MONTH after we moved out. In Fallon. Windows are dusty within a day in Fallon! We had sprayed and washed all the windows and windowsills as part of our cleaning. The house was more than reasonably clean, which is the standard in Nevada. At the time we didn't have the resources or the knowledge to take them to small claims court on the principle of the thing, but we should have. We hadn't taken pictures of the house when we moved out, or kept all correspondence, as we should have done to protect ourselves. I just hope that this review helps even one person to avoid being taken advantage of by these individuals.

Kelly is amazing and always looking out for our family...I don't plan on having another agent!

Realtors at Rogne feel they can come into your home and yell at you. They also lie right up front about how they can sell your house faster than any other realtor. They also intimidate you by lying about a clause if you choose to change Realtors. They would get ZERO stars if that were an option.

Really do not like the quality our customer service never did.
