Ive rented from Sandy for going on two and a half years. She and the people that work for her have been nothing but kind and wonderful to me and my family. Sometimes she’s a little hard to get a hold of but she’s a busy woman with a lot of properties and always got back to me as soon as she could. I have nothing but good things to say about MCM reality and if I ever find my self back in Fallon they will be the first place I call!

Though it's been several years since Sandi was my property manager, I never had any issues when dealing with her company. Any repairs that were needed were handled immediately and I was treated always with respect

I think maybe some personalities just do get along as well as others in general. We've definitely rented from people in the past that friends or acquaintances swore up and down were fabulous property managers, that we had horrible experiences with. Having said that, we've rented with MCM twice and both times were great experiences. The second time we only lost them because the owner of the house chose to switch to Green Valley Realty. (Whom we also enjoy.) I think Sandy is very easy to talk to. She's always been good to us. The few times we were struggling financially and had to be late on rent, we communicated with her and she was very good to us. She likes being kept apprised. Do that and she's a great property manager. She is busy, she runs a lot of her business on her own. So sometimes she can be hard to catch in the office. Call her. She has email too. As long as you communicate respectfully and openly with her she's great. In our experience.

I'm currently renting from them. I moved in in 2015. First summer in the place I'm in I had o keep calling Oasis heating and air to keep charging my AC unit. The second time they came they said I needed to have my unit replaced. I told the realtor about it and didn't do anything. 2 years later told her many times about my account and still nothing. Knowing I have children in the house and it being summer time. And now my hot water heater isn't working. Dealing with them is a complete was of time and money. Bad attitude all the time.

Laziness at its finest. I called MCM on January 24th 2017 @ 0924 am to request information on available properties. She told me that she had flyers on the outside of her office door and that if I wanted information on the available listings I could come by a get one. I told her that I need the information for my elderly mother who is a resident of Fallon, and explained that I am in the military and am stationed in VA. The thing that makes the experience worse, is the fact that she knew there were only two available listings, yet she couldn't give me any information.
