My sister and I ate there last week. Curley fries were small and dry. The prime rib steak had absolutely no flavor except green peppers. Tried several sauces on it but didn't add flavor. Do not order this sandwich.

I went through drinking e through at 11:45. I was asked to park and they would bring my food out. There was 3 other cars waiting for there food. This little good would bring out one bag at a time. Long story short it took 25 mins to get my food and it was like warm when I got it. I rated this same message to her to give to her manager and told I would not come back nor reccomend them.nI know the term fast food today has changed tremendously. Fast food use to mean that; you got your food faster and cheaper than a sit down restaurant but that is not the case anymore and it has not for all g time way before even Vovid-19 was player in this.nI dont think Arbys is unique. McDonalds is very much the same way there Greed and profit margins are so high that dont hire enough people or at them a decent wage that the service is very poor.nThis particular ulnar incident at Arbys in West Plains Mo. Though was excessively bad.

Had to wait a bit for food to cook even though it was near lunch, so my food was cold. However, since it was a turkey gyro I'm not too upset, as it still tastes good cold. The reason I give only four stars is because, there's usually some minor inconvenience: waiting on food to cook, ice in drinks, tomatoes, lettuce etc when requesting without.

I love arby's food. But they don't always give fresh fries here... and I am a fresh fry lady all the way.

Overall a good fast food place to eat. Fresh food. employees are really polite w good service.
