Stanley Amtrak Station

I like Amtrak but this is not ok.nWe were heading to St. Paul from Stanly, ND on June 6th 2019nAn older guy manning the cafe said he was closing 10 minutes early for maintenance. Which is ok, but then he got rude, and told us to get out, agging my brother almost like he was looking for a fight.nA simple sorry we’re closed would have been just fine.

I travel from Stanley ND, Dakota to ChicagonI love the experience very nice ride alot of leg room good food for being in a train.nThis is my first time traveling on train,nVery happy to see beautiful sights.nTipsnBuy your tickets on Line print your ticketnNo one will help you with your suit casesnSo travel lightnBring pillow and blanket ac is coldnBring a book or tablet there is no wifinThis trains are allways late if you are in a hurrynFly but if you got time and want to save money you will enjoy Am track.nTruly yours V.Bruce

Traveled from Tacoma Washington to Stanley nd. Was a comfortable trip and so much more peaceful

Had to drag my luggage through 6 inches of snow. Staff wouldn't help whatsoever. Couldn't check my bags. This place needs to fire everyone who works here.

Walked in and heard people behind the office doors and was never greeted. I finally knocked on the door and they never answered. They purposely ignored me and I wasn't able to get any info on making a reservation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
