This company has zero respect for your time or your business.nnI was referred to this company by a friend. I contacted him for an easy job and I was going to use him in the future if he did well. When I tried to set an appointment and he acted irritated that I was even calling. He told me to text him my information and he would get back with me. I told him I was trying to set an appointment and that I was hoping to do that on this call so that I could block off my work schedule and put in my request for time off with my employer. We set an appointment time and shortly there after he informed me that they would be coming on a different day if an opening in their schedule came up. I could already tell that he believed his schedule was more important than mine as the customer. I told him that I could try and make it work for him but it would be very hard for me to move things around after the fact. So I told him to call me regardless (sensing that he might want to make some more changes to my appointment) and if I could make it work, I would and if not at least I would know we were still on for our originally scheduled appointment. He did not call. The day of our appointment came and he called me a couple of minutes after he was supposed to arrive to inform me that he was going to be 40 minutes late. It was clear at this point that he did not care about my time or frankly my business. But I decided that we all deserved a little bit of grace. I waited the 40 minutes. There was no call and no one had shown up. I waited another 15 minutes and still there was no call and no show. So I reached out in one last attempt to let him salvage a pretty horrible customer experience. I asked if he gave discounts for being late (really all I was looking for was an apology). Instead he told me if I didn’t like it I could get somebody else. I will.

I'm the project manager of a property management company here in Springfield and we have used Juniors for a very long time. We recently moved into some more involved rehabs that needed massive plumbing repairs and replacements done and we never thought twice about using someone else. If its quality work from professional people you're looking for then make Juniors your first call. I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 times.

Junior's plumbing was great. I have a old house and the crawl space opening it very small. He was able to get in there repaired my outside faucet. Now I don't have to worry about winter freezing pipes. Thank you so much
