Water softener was not working after a remodel project. Dylan, as usual, came and had it working in about 1 minute where the construction co plumber had failed to discover the issue. We have had success with every plumber from Ben Franklin, but Dylan is great! Ben Franklin is not the cheapest per job, but seems to get it right every time. So that is where the value is.
Max, Joe and the team are wonderful and very professional! He performed a very large job at my house around 2008. It was over Christmas until New Years. He and his son did an amazing job!
They did a good job. Cleaned the burner checked for leaks, explained it all to me. Seemed to be very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again. Prompt service, good quality.
Dyllan came out to look at a sump pump that was giving me trouble. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. He was honest and explained things in a way that anyone could understand. Would highly recommend.
Our water softener had been leaking for 2 weeks. We were able to order the parts from the manufacturer that we needed and they showed up promptly and installed it quickly. It is functioning properly and no longer leaking. they were very professional and did a great job and did not leave a mess. I have used this company over the last 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with them. They have installed two hot water heaters for us and done multiple faucet and water line repairs. Every time they do work for us they are quick and reasonable.
