Fast service and good food.
I had a gift card for $15. I used the app and total for order came to $17.29. I used my bank card for the remaining $2.29. low and behold my gift card balance is now at zero and I have a charge ony bank card for the full $17.29. I spoke to the manager and he told me they have no control over in app purchases. He couldn't even cancel my order and refund the money back. I was told to call customer service for a refund. Customer service took my information and told me I can expect an email in a week to 10 days with further information on how to revive a refund. Poor service will cost you customers. My family will no look for more reputable places to eat from now.
Kind, knowledgeable employees
Great service! Best Taco Bell in Springfield. The are quick, and accurate with your order. The food is always hot and fresh here. Just happen to be on the south side of town, so I don't make it down to this location often, but everytime I go it just seems like this store exceeds expectations. Thanks guys!
Quick service through the drive through. They handed my food to me in a plastic container to avoid contact because of Covid which I appreciated. The only issue to keep from 5 stars is they were out of regular beef. Only had steak or chicken. They did upgrade to steak for no additional cost.
