I have used this location for alterations twice, and both times had terrible results. I cannot in good conscience recommend Lloyd’s on Golden for alterations of any kind.nnMy first visit, I brought in 12 pieces for alterations on my own custom hangers, each hanger special order at $1.00 apiece. I picked up the clothes & found when I got home, that they kept my hangers & put my clothes on wire hangers. I called & left a voicemail message requesting my property back. I received no reply.nnTen months later I gave them another try, being new to the area and not knowing of other places who do alterations. This time I brought five items folded. All needed adjustment to the waist. I went in on the due date and the items were not there. One week later they were “ready”.nI inspected the items at home. They Had Not Been Touched!!!!nMy has owned two clothing stores out of state since 1923, both with tailor shops. I know what to look for. The waistbands were not touched, nor was the elastic inside.nnShould the owner read this, please be aware that you have a serious problem at the Golden location in your alterations department . It warrants further inspection.

Good price, good cousterm service will pick up and deliver and not that high of a price for it was quite surprising
Amazing! I was put in a bind this morning and suddenly needed to have a dress dry cleaned same day. I called in a panic, knowing I had probably missed the same day deadline. Even though I had, the staff at Lloyd’s, and even Lloyd himself, went out of their way to make sure I got taken care of and had a stain free dress to wear to my event tomorrow. I seriously can’t sing their praises enough, and they’ll be the only dry cleaner I use from now on!
