Put holes in my newer pants and denying that they did it after I have spent $1000s at this establishment over the years. Please believe the other negative reviews. Owner wouldn't even talk to me but rather had her employee deal with it.

Do not take your clothes to this dry cleaners !!! They do not take responsibility if they ruin your clothes. The owner( who owns several Glo Cleaners ) was given our phone no repeatedly by her employees to try to resolve the issue over a 3 week period. She never once called us . Very poor customer service.

Rude women at the counter in the morning when I dropped off my work shirts. I wanted. The collers pressed because the corners were starting to turn up. She snapped my head off and said that cant be done. I beg your pardon but I managed a dry cleaners for 4 years. It can be done. It just takes speacial attention. When I picked the up none of the creases were in the shirt and I ended up pressing them myself at home. Dont thrpw ypur money away by using them.
