I was a little hesitant to have someone come out to clean our carpet, but after trying to shampoo it myself to no avail I decided to give it a shot. Matt came out, he was extremely polite and did a FANTASTIC job! My house smells AMAZING! No more urine smells! Stains are completely gone! Great price! The thing I like the most about Steampro is their culture of community service. They really care about the customer. They are very flexible and want the relationship more than your money. I will continue using Steampro for my rentals and primary residence.
We had our couch just cleaned by Tommy and he did a great job! We spoke with David and he was very professional about getting us on the schedule and took care of us today!
