Washington Station

Great place to take an Amtrak. Love coming here to see the architecture and all the history. Washington has done a great job keeping this facility up and running.

Ask the crazy old woman who supposedly works here why.

It is very easy to board trains at this location. During regular hours there is a volunteer on staff to help if needed. It is easier to get train status updates on the Amtrak app because the station updates do not seem to be as fast. They do have restrooms that are large enough for more than one person. They also have a cute art display area as well.

Good place to park and ride, mostly free parking but still some places had a cheap parting lot.

Small, staffed amtrak station. Very clean and nice.
