Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Please. Please. Please do not live here I am warning you. You will most likely never get your deposit back and the manager is an absolute idiot. They come into your home/apartment whenever they feel like it. Says in the contract has to be an emergency but came in over the filter “needing” to be replaced even when you put not to come in on the work order.

10/10 don’t recommend. First off very nice at glance, but CHEAPLY put together. First week in stuff was chipping or breaking. The trim, the curtains in the windows, garage door. We’d call them and would take forever for someone to get over there. Even when our air/heat wasn’t working. For any maintenance issues. They landlords would never answer their phones if we had a question. We have to to go there and catch them sitting in their office doing nothing to ask right after we called. They complained about a lot. If you have pets, do not move here. We spent 3 days cleaning our town home, paid 550$ to have the carpets cleaned, pet spot treatment and all, and yet they want more money now to replace ALL the carpets. After we paid them 600$ in waste fee and a monthly pet fee. Where did all the money go that we paid monthly? And our whole deposit is gone. No damages in the house either. We even went and bought paint and texture to touch up the nail holes from hanging things up. Don’t recommend. Took a long time for them to remove snow like they said they would (it’s in the lease too), same thing with mowing the lawn. It’s ridiculously expensive plus they’ll find a way to get more money from you. And they never answer their damn phones.

Beautiful apartments with garages. Has an elevator which is handy. Pet friendly
