Nice place to relax and unwind
The air is so fresh when it first starts to rain you got to go and just breathe the air
Relatively short, but fairly strenuous for a MO trail. Only 1.5 miles, but it isn't technically a loop. It ends at the stone pavilion, but the walk to the start of the trailhead is level and mostly paved. May only add a quarter of a mile tops.nnPretty steep elevation climbs throughout by MO standards. If you start by Montauk Lake you get a nice view over the clear to bluish waters. Pretty easy to follow and well marked.
