We called one day, had our installed well pump the next! How much better can it be? We have used Henderson Plumbing for many years for new service and for repairs, once when lady bugs were nesting, and when lightening struck. Prompt and efficient. We've always had great service, this generation and the last.
This is the second time that I have called them to fix an problem we had with our plumbing. Both times they have showed up exactly when they said that they would. In both instances they said they would be here in about 45 minutes and both times arrived sooner than that. They did the job quickly and without any nonsense. Charged a reasonable price. I will continue to call them when ever we have plumbing needs.
We called to have him come out and fix our problems. He seemed eager to do it and said he'd be out a certain day and time. That whole day went by without him showing up and no phone call. Called the next day and he laughed and said he had an emergency and didn't want to talk at that moment and asked for us to call him back. Forget that! We will find someone else. Poor way to do business, not keeping people informed and laughing. Do not use!
I called these guys because my toilet was clogged. They came out and ran an auger through it, said it was fixed and charged me $30. When I used it later, it was still not flushing correctly. I called them the following Monday and they said they would be right out. They never showed up and wouldn't return my phone calls. Very unprofessional.
Always nice and has done a very good job.nWould hire him again. And would refer him to other people to use.
