I had outstanding service from Popis. The technician Steve was super courteous and every bit the professional that I was hoping for, unlike the person from Henderson plumbing who basically stiffed me for $30. It took Steve a while to fix the issues, longer than he expected, but stood by the price he quoted me, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use this company again for any future problems.

These guys at Popis Plumbing are really great. I needed an old toilet and bathroom faucet replaced, and the experience was pretty awesome. The tech first came over to take a look at the situation first-hand. The technician was on time (called when he was close), friendly, knowledgeable, and in the end gave us a very reasonable price. For the actual installation, the guy showed up. He was also on time, knowledgeable, patient (explained everything he was doing in detail), and I could tell that he has a strong work ethic, which was refreshing. I will definitely use them again in the future, and would easily recommend them to any of my friends/family.

They had good reviews on line, so I called and couldn't be happier! I wanted someone to come out and fix the light fixtures I already had. They told me it depended upon the fixture but they would let me know after looking at it. All my lights work & they keep all the original fixtures! Very Happy with them! They also, fixed my sink sprayer, replaced the inside parts on my toilets so they are all working fast! They even replaced my tricky outdoor dryer vent, and moved my utility sink so I can wash my puppy-dogs.

They live here in the area, and are honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and explain everything as they go. As for pricing there are no hidden surprises, they are upfront, letting you know what it's going to be before they start, and if you decide not to use them. I couldn't afford my septic system replacement, but they had me apply for 12-months no Interest financing, and as of today I have toilets that flush again!

I can not say enough in praise! Ted and his son came on time and installed 4 fixtures and 3 dimers for me. He even redid a fixture I had tried to install - poorly. They cleaned up and took everything away...old fixtures, packing materials - everything, you could not tell they had been there. I am calling them back before the painters come and have them go to work on replacing all the switches and outlets! Call Ted NOW!
