Not a good place to be behind bars. They say the food is oatmeal, pb& j, Ramen noodles, and beans (not ham just beans). Every meal, every day! (I realize its not to be a desirable place to want to be). It does appear to be an old house thats been secured. People were helpful providing information on inmate in every aspect from adding money to letting our visit go 15 min. longer. They also let inmate make a free call to me when transferred there outside of the county where hes charged.
I have never experienced such a corrupt department in my life. I was married many years to an officer so I know a little about how people that are there to protect and serve. Not this sheriff he is no honor to the badge he wears. I hope someone with a little power will investigate how this small town sheriff conducts himself and allows some of the officers to cross the line of the law.

I don't think that anyone has a pleasant experience visiting the sheriff's office/jail. But i have had to encounter this place a few times.
