I had the pleasure to visit this museum and I was very impressed with attention to details and the meticulous curation of every display. From Osage culture to vintage fashion, this collection is thoughtful and informative. If you have the pleasure of meeting the museum curator, she is a delight and really knows her local history. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this stop on your Route 66 tour.
Turns out I have alot of family history here in Crawford county! The wonderful ladies here sat down with me, pulled out TONS of information and we spent an hour looking down my family line. I loved every minute and I thank them so much!
loved it people walked with you and explained the artifacts. lots of osage Indian things. really enjoyed it . no charge but donations excepted

What an interesting historical and military museum! Our tour guide was a sweet senior lady who loved telling us about their three floors of artifacts. She was a wealth of information about Cuba MO that only older residents can share with you. Delightful visit, awesome information about war heros. This was a treat- or rather dessert on our roadtrip!
