Better quality food than I’ve gotten at their other locations. The drive-thru speaker was friendly. They forgot to give me my drink though.

friendly but slow service. food can be reliably good sometimes but for a few days in a row the quality seems to drop. overall food is good though so it makes up for it.

11:15 pm I stopped in for a quick late night snack of 2 dorito locos tacos and some Cinnabon delights.ud83dude01 The guy at the window was super nice and full of energy, even that late at night, and I got my order immediately after he handed my my change. Super nice crew ! I asked what their sanitation rating was (because the food we had ordered the night before just tasted super fresh and I was curious) the manager let me know that the rate was 99.0 which is outstanding for a fast food restaurant. Very impressed with the speedy service and drive thru introduction.

We ordered inside due to the long line in the drive thru. Once inside there were several, who had already ordered. We placed our order and then realized after 15mintues that they were only serving those in the drive thru. I asked how long before our food would be ready and if it was going to be awhile, we wanted our money back.nnA smartmouth kid in the back made the comment that if they think they can do it better we were welcome to come back and help. Wrong answer!nnIt wasn't that they were slow, it's that they weren't prepping orders in order. They were only concentrating on those in the drive thru. I felt bad that we ended up with our food before others who had ordered before us got theirs.nnYour customer service isn't the best and your employees comment need to be kept to himself when they werr NOT providing service to all customers.nnWe knew we might be in trouble when we saw the floor back in the prep area. The Health Department would have shut them down, if they would have seen it!nnIF a Manager was on duty, they need to go back thru some training. Customer Service, multi-tasking, cleaning is where I'd start. Their employee excuse of it being the lunch hour at 1pm is not acceptable for what we experienced.
