Honestly don't waste your time if you don't have 30+ minutes to stand in a line that only has 4-5 people in it. Every time I come in during my lunch hour, there are the same 2 girls working and they're more interested in chatting and laughing at each other than they are helping the customers.nThe food is always good (except for I always have to skip the lettuce since it's always brown), but 30 minutes to carryout one sandwich is a bit much.

Ordered two footling subs online and my husband picked it up on the way home. We did not get what we ordered as they left off the cheese on rib and steak subs, and the rib meat was completely cold, like they just took it out of the refrigerator and didn’t even try to warm it, cold. Too disgusting to eat. Tried to call for an hour and never got an answer. I did leave a message but had no way to even resolve the issue with sandwiches we paid for. Very disappointed. Restaurants make hundreds of sandwiches a day and get where they don’t care, but fail to remember that this is someone’s meal, and they may not be able to just go get something else.

Ordered online and when I picked up the order it was completely wrong. Brought the order back in and she offered to remake it, then started to make the wrong things again and we had to stop to remake it again which was still made pretty poorly. She apologized and said it was her first day alone so I don’t completely blame her but it seems like a complete lack of management to leave someone at the store alone who doesn’t know how to make the menu or what goes on standard orders and can’t read online order receipts twice and then had to ask me how to make the order.

Food was excellent. A little disappointed they didn't offer senior or retired military discount. Sure can't fault the food though.

Decided to go to online and do order and turned out great... no waiting in line ..
