He contacted me after I called my warranty company about my main drain. He showed up on time and ran the line and couldn’t fix it. He eventually ghosted me, would not return my calls. I would not recommend him as he didn’t keep his word and never fixed my issue. If you have a home warranty and this company contacts you I would call the warranty company and request someone else.
I had t&r plumbing come out and run new water lines in our trailer. They did not do it all and lied about how much they done. Said they ran most of but when I checked they only replaced 10 feet.
Swore they would show in the morning that was 4 days ago. Can't comment on the quality of their work since they never showed or called to reschedule
Billy was very helpful and curtious. He came to our house fast and was very well priced. Will continue to use him. He fixed a very complicated drain in our basement of an older house. He was very thorough and didn't waste any time. Thank you Billy didn't know we could be so happy.
My father sewer line collapsed. He had to live with this issue for almost a month because other companies wouldn't return his phone calls. Not only did T&R respond immediately, they provided him with the best service in town. Very efficient service and they will be coming back to level out the landscape after the ground settles. They have earned our business for future endeavors.
