Not prepared to handle the higher crime in theft and burglary in Smithville currently. Investigations ongoing a year plus. Focus seems to be on traffic violations income. High turnover in staff.

They don't actually care about safety. They are just Revenue collectors. They are rude and they're dangerous drivers. We seriously need some internal investigation.
