I am glad to share my first experience with Gene's Cleaners, and I am confident that this business will be able to meet (and likely exceed) my expectations on future visits. I brought in two specialty suits (velvet material with thick faux fur trim) to be dry cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised to have received a phone call telling me that the work had been completed (a couple of days ahead of what I anticipated). Many thanks to Ken and the crew at Gene's Cleaners for an outstanding job! I am very grateful for your courteous, quick & professional service. And the reasonable cost was 'the icing on the cake'! You've definitely made this Santa's 'Nice List'! Kudos!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Gene’s Cleaners for not only doing a great job on my clothes for the past several years but for the second time finding something of value in my pockets and attaching it to my clothing for pick up. I appreciate your honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service. The first time a $20 bill and second time gold earrings and a ring. ( I obviously need to do a better job checking my pockets) Thank you!

Being new to the Kansas City area, I needed to find a dry cleaner for my suits fairly quick and wasn’t sure where to turn. Tried out Gene’s and couldn’t be happier. Never had a dry cleaner have things ready in under 24 hours before. Prices are great too.
