When I called, Bambi answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions. She scheduled me for the next week and let me know how to prepare to have our carpets cleaned. She said they'd arrive between a certain time frame. The morning of, she called to let me know they were running behind and that the technician would give me a call when he was on his way. He did not call but the technician was extra friendly, professional and kind. He wore a mask, but didn't have it covering his nose. There was a mix up and it took longer than expected to start the service because they had to have someone drop a cleaning wand by. Because of the delay I was given a reasonable discount. Once, he started cleaning it only took about 35 minutes to do 5 rooms and a hallway. They said it would take 8-12 hours for the carpet to dry, but it took a bit longer in some spots. I'm impressed with their commitment to quality and friendliness. I will likely use them again to clean my carpets.

I have been an employee of Steamatic KC for over a year now and couldn't be more blessed to work here! Since working here I have learned so much about our industry and I can happily say I have found my forever home here with my work family at Steamatic! They not only provide for my family and I but they look out for my family on all occasions! I am excited that we are growing and that I have an opportunity to grow with them! Had the ducts and vents cleaned. Seems to have worked but hard to tell. The main difference is that I use a Merve 11 furnace filter and used to replace every 6 months. Now my furnace guy only has to replace it every year. And last time he said the one that's been in use for a year still looks good. I had him replace it anyway. I figure I can swing a new filter every year!

Actually showed up early, a plus. Did a good job cleaning, quick and thorough. Fair price & nice guys too. I forgot to ask about moving furniture so we had already done that (not easy for seniors with heavy furniture). Next time will check what they charge to move it, or maybe they should mention the option. Will use them again.
